On April 5 of the Krakow University of Technology (PK) and the Polish Aviation Museum in Krakow signed an agreement assuming joint research and development works, organization of training courses, open lectures and technological visits, didactic and promotional projects, support of scientific experts for the protection of aviation heritage, as well as initiating work on launching education in aviation and astronautics.
The document was signed by Tomasz Kosecki, the director of the Polish Aviation Museum in Krakow, and Dr Tomasz Kapecki, the deputy rector of the Krakow University of Technology.
Joint actions will be implemented in the theoretical and practical knowledge corresponding to the activity profile of the departments of the Krakow University of Technology involved in cooperation, i.e. the Faculty of Architecture, Civil and Mechanical Engineering, and Environmental and Power Engineering – says Dr Tomasz Kapecki. He adds, that deepening cooperation with the social and economic environment, supporting innovation, knowledge and technology transfer are the basic goals of the Krakow University of Technology that are included in its statutory mission.
