Scientists from the Gdańsk University of Technology, together with experts in construction, hydrotechnics, melioration and water supply, will be part of an expert team that will develop a system of aid activities in the reconstruction of Ukrainian cities after the end of the war.
“Ukrainian cities and their inhabitants have been in the war zone for a month as a result of the unfair and cruel aggression of the Russian troops. Many cities and their infrastructure are currently being destroyed by the Russian army. Cities will require reconstruction, and we want to help in this – announces the rector of the Gdańsk University of Technology, Prof. Eng. Krzysztof Wilde.
The University of Technology, specialists from Gdańsk Waters, the Pomeranian District Chamber of Civil Engineers and other representatives of the industry are intending to propose solutions that will quickly and effectively improve the everyday life of Ukrainian residents after the end of the war.
