The International Association of Insurance Lawyers AIDA is inviting participants on June 3 and 4 to the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk to the scientific conference “Judicial and out-of-court dispute resolution in insurance”.
The organizers have prepared a “Youth Panel” for students, graduates and young PhD students. The “Forum of Practitioners” is for lawyers with longer experience as well as for representatives of the insurance business.
The organizers have also planned classic thematic panels. They will concern jurisdiction in insurance matters, dispute resolution in the winding-up stage, ADR (alternative dispute resolution) in insurance relations and judicial settlement of insurance disputes.
AIDA is an international union of insurance lawyers. Its purpose is to promote and develop international and domestic insurance law. The Polish branch of the organization is affiliated with the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
