University in Bydgoszcz to hold conference “Crime against children in Poland and in the world” on-line

The Institute of Law and Economics and the Scientific Circle of Criminal Law of the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz is inviting participants to the National Scientific Conference “Crime against children in Poland and in the world”. The conference will be held on April 26 online.

The topics of the conference include crimes against the life and health of children, crimes against sexual freedom and decency against children, crimes against the family and care, and crimes against the freedom of children.

The organizers are inviting participants to a scientific discussion on crime against children from various perspectives, not only in Polish law, but also in the law of other countries. The discussion is to encourage the exchange of scientific views of representatives of other scientific disciplines (medicine, psychology, sociology, pedagogy).

The broadly defined scope of the conference will allow for comprehensive deliberations on the substantive law concerning the provisions on crime against children.
