The INCLUSION Center for Social Research was established at the Pomeranian University in Słupsk. The intention will be a modern research and development center enabling research on various aspects of multiculturalism and social inclusion, e.g. concerning the local Polish-Ukrainian multicultural space.
The structure of the unit includes the Eye-tracking Laboratory, the Psychological Test Laboratory and the Research Analysis Laboratory. The labs will investigate issues related to reflective and axiological education, adult education, shaping the teacher’s identity, equalizing educational opportunities for children and adolescents, and the psychology of abilities and individual differences.
The area of interest of the Center also includes personality determinants of artistic success, pedagogy of culture, philosophy of education, as well as the importance of media in pedagogical sciences, natural pedagogy and ecology, and the history of education and upbringing.
