“Implementation doctorate” is a program whose main goal is to prepare a doctoral dissertation. It will help in the functioning of the enterprise in which the doctoral student is employed. Implementation doctorates are an alternative way of obtaining a doctoral degree, intended for people who want to develop their scientific career but do not want to give up their professional work outside the university.
In this program, 479 applications were approved, most of them from the Silesian University of Technology (63) and the Warsaw University of Technology (51). Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), will implement 12 projects concerning mechanical engineering, and 4 will be created as part of the new module – metrology.
In the five programs so far, over 210 people have completed or are still continue the implementation doctorate at WUT.
