The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin hosted on 16 November 2022 the Polish-Ukrainian Seminar of Rectors as the “Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation of Institutions Representing Rectors, for the Improvement of University Operations”, coordinated by the Warsaw University of Technology. 

The participants of the event were delegations of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland and the Association of Rectors of Ukrainian Universities, as well as experts from the largest Polish and Ukrainian HEIs. The Seminar was hosted by Rev. Prof. Mirosław Kalinowski, Rector of the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL). 

The event at the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) also included a ceremony to present Prof. Jerzy Woźnicki with an honorary doctorate from the Kyiv State University of Construction and Architecture.
