Educational Foundation “Perspektywy” – together with the Ukrainian Talent Foundation, the Mayor of Lublin and academic partners from Poland and Ukraine – is organising an international conference “Post War Innovative Transformation of Ukraine”, which will take place on 1-2 December 2022 in Lublin, with the participation of prominent representatives of science, economy and socio-political life of Poland, Ukraine and European Union countries.

The conference will see the inauguration of the INCUBATING FREEDOM for Ukraine – Adapting Women to Digital Economy project, led by the “Perspektywy” Educational Foundation, which has a recognised competence and track record in promoting women in IT and STEM fields. 

The project, which will invite leading technology companies, leading universities and NGOs from both countries, will train and retrain more than 30,000 women from Ukraine and Poland to meet the needs of the digitalising economy.
