From February 21 to March 21, 2018, the following part of program called “Month of Mother Language” will be held at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
The initiative is aimed to popularize science and the Polish language. Integral parts of this project are: an advertising contest for primary schools “Language – the work of generations”, a contest for commentary on any sporting and cultural event for junior high school students, a contest for the chat “Our regional identity” and linguistic workshops for schools.
One of the most interesting events is the “Krakow Dictation” organized for the fourth time. It will be held in two versions: traditional – open to everyone and in the junior category – for young people up to 15 years. The patron of the “Krakow Dictation” is Jarosław Gowin – Minister of Science and Higher Education.
