The ‘School of Eagles’ educational programme for particularly talented students at the West Pomeranian University of Technology has been recognised in the ‘Super M’ competition in the category of mentoring programmes, which are run by universities and educational institutions.
Participants in the School of Eagles are selected from among university students through a competition. The best of the best, under the guidance of mentors – academics and university lecturers, learn how to set ambitious goals for themselves, recognise strengths and weaknesses, communicate better with their environment and manage their time.
“Super M” consisted of selecting outstanding mentoring programmes implemented in Poland by commercial companies, NGOs, schools and universities. The evaluation criteria were based on the EMCC Global international standards for mentoring and coaching programmes. The competition was organised by the EMCC Association – European Mentoring and Coaching Council Poland.
