The Silesian University of Technology (PŚ) has signed an agreement with the UK’s University of Wolverhampton. The signing of the agreement is the culmination of an already existing collaboration between researchers from both universities: Dr Michael Gerges from the Associate Dean Recruitment and International Faculty of Science & Engineering with Prof Marek Salamak from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at PŚ.

‘We look forward to further developing the fruitful cooperation between our universities in the fields of science and technology. As one of the ten research universities in Poland, we are very open to international cooperation, to sharing our knowledge, to gaining new experiences and to joint development. Working together as a team of professionals, we can make significant progress for the benefit of science, technology, and society. It is very important that, in spite of Brexit, we have managed to find a way to make this cooperation a reality and even more – to turn it into a fruitful reality’, says the Rector of PŚ, Prof. Arkadiusz Mężyk.
