49 researchers from all over Poland will receive funding from the National Science Centre (NCN) for preliminary research, pilot studies, queries, scientific internships and research and consultancy trips. In total, the NCN will allocate more than PLN 2 million for individual scientific activities.

Among the laureates, 11 people represent the humanities, social sciences and arts group. In the area of exact and technical sciences, 20 scientists will join the group of MINIATURA 7 winners. The seventh MINIATURA also saw 18 winners in life sciences. 

The aim of the MINIATURA competition is to support scientific activities leading to the preparation of assumptions for a research project to be submitted to NCN competitions or other national and international competitions. In its seventh round, funding of between PLN 5,000 and PLN 50,000 is available.
