The Bon Voyage team made up of students from the Faculty of Economics at Poznań University of Life Sciences took third place in the finals of the All-Poland Academic Managerial Championships in Kraków.
The grand final was preceded by nearly two months of qualifying, with 74 teams from 65 universities from all over Poland. Students played a simulation of a travel agency. During this time, they made decisions related to the employment of staff, the shape of the offer or the development of the company. They analysed the results, drew conclusions and implemented changes to their strategies.
In the grand final, participants competed in an extended simulation of an interactive agency. There were six decision-making rounds to be played in a game where they had to demonstrate their decision-making, critical thinking and teamwork skills. Throughout all the final rounds, played at the Krakow Technology Park, the Bon Voyage team maintained their place on the podium and eventually took third place.
