The Lazarski University in Warsaw started recruitment for the first postgraduate studies Blockchain Technology Law.
According to the university, the Blockchain Technology Law is the first post-graduate program in Europe devoted to the legal aspects of blockchain. The study aims to provide students with practical knowledge of the challenges useful for lawyers, tax advisors and entrepreneurs on this market. It is also directed to prosecutors, attorneys, legal advisors, representatives of public administration and all those who want to gain specialist knowledge.
The topics of the course will include such issues as: Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies, digital tokens, smart contracts, taxes, regulations, and crime.
