The Academic Secondary School of Bialystok University of Technology (ALOPB) started the 2023/2024 school year on 4 September. Almost 230 students of the school, including 59 first-year students, were welcomed by the Vice-Chancellor for Education Dr Agnieszka Dardzińska-Głębocka, Prof. PB, and Dr Katarzyna Wiszowata-Walczak, Director of ALOPB.
‘I am convinced that all students will have here the opportunity and possibility to deepen their passions and develop their talents in science and beyond’, said Dr Agnieszka Dardzińska-Głębocka.
As in previous years, learning at ALOPB will take place in four profiles architecture and construction, industry of the future and computer science and programming. Each of these is sponsored by different faculties of the Bialystok University of Technology. New to the range of subjects on offer are: computer games physics and design thinking.
