Bialystok University of Technology implementing the Strategy of Social Responsibility

The Senate of the Białystok University of Technology (PB) has approved the Social Responsibility Strategy of the Białystok University of Technology. The document is one of the key elements of the Bialystok University of Technology’s Development Strategy for 2021-2024 with the perspective of extension until 2030. 

“Bialystok University of Technology, as a leading scientific centre in the north-eastern part of Poland, a recognisable scientific and didactic brand on the map of Polish higher education institutions and a partner for many domestic and foreign stakeholders, is implementing the University’s CSR Strategy in order to promote the idea of academic freedom, diversity and freedom of expression based on truth, tolerance, human rights and sustainable development”, said Dr Marta Kosior-Kazberuk, Professor of PB, Rector of PB. 

According to the Rector of PB, the adoption of this strategy shows how important a factor of development is the application of the highest international standards of social responsibility in all areas of the university’s operation, especially in effective management of a modern teaching unit and building friendly and beneficial relations with the environment.
