The University of Life Sciences in Wrocław (UPWr) will host a meeting of representatives from all member countries of the EU GREEN alliance. The university is finalising preparations for the Staff Week and the Students Council meeting.
From 9 to 13 October, student representatives and experts in modern didactics from the nine alliance universities will actively cooperate with students and doctoral students to develop the consortium’s Education Strategy and professional development programmes. There will also be a meeting of the Students Council made up of nine PhD students and nine students from each university.
EU GREEN is a consortium of universities from France, Ireland, Germany, Sweden, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland, whose goals are defined by nine so-called work packages, or WPs. UPWr is the leader of WP2, an educational model based on sustainable development. The first steps towards developing such a model will be taken in October in Wrocław.
