On 20-22 November 2023, the 6th Safe Place 2023 Scientific and Technical Congress entitled ‘Resilience of critical infrastructure utilities against war, hybrid and terrorist threats’ will be held for the first time in an international format at the Military University of Technology (WAT) in Warsaw. Dr Vitali Klitschko, mayor of Kyiv, will be the special guest.

The meeting is organised by the Military University of Technology, APEIRON Higher School of Public and Individual Security in Krakow and the Safety Project.

This year’s event will address issues including terrorism, counter-terrorism and counter-terrorism, cyber security in public facilities, threats to unprotected facilities such as schools and shopping centres, medical rescue in counter-terrorism operations and security, including AT in the financial, energy and rail sectors.
