The project ‘Feel good @UEKat – support for the improvement of the psycho-physical condition of foreign students of the EU Katowice’ has been inaugurated at the University of Economics in Katowice. The project will include meetings and events aimed at shaping attitudes of openness and tolerance, as well as the integration of Polish and foreign students (as part of ‘at home’ internationalisation).

The project will include workshops on creating forests in a jar (integration through the creation of one’s own ecosystems in jars, which will then decorate student flats), a ‘take a plant’ event or ‘fruit Thursdays’ (promotion of healthy eating through the production of freshly squeezed juices).

There will also be workshops on the basics of mental health, healthy food (education showing how to prepare healthy and tasty meals), mindfulness and effective university. The project is funded by NAWA as part of the “Welcome to Poland (2022)” programme.
