The University of Opole (UO) will cooperate with the Opole Regional Branch of the Accountants Association in Poland. The signatures on the cooperation agreement were affixed by the rector of the UO, Prof. Marek Masnyk, as well as the branch’s president Sebastian Kuś and director Ewa Kąciak.

“The Accountants Association in Poland is the oldest organisation that brings together people involved in the accounting profession and related professions. Our district branch in Opole is one of 25 functioning branches in Poland. The signed cooperation links science with practice, as it will also provide opportunities to organise internships or apprenticeships for UO students”, says Sebastian Kuś.

The partners announced joint activities for the benefit of the environment, promotion of the university’s units and events, and support of graduates’ competences on the labour market. They also expressed hope for fruitful cooperation, which will bring benefits to both the academic and business communities.
