The constant development of new technologies, which at the same time have a positive impact on the environment, is the answer to the challenges of the modern world. Ideas for their use are being sought in the new Siemens and Warsaw University of Technology (PW) Award Competition.
For the 28th time, Siemens and Warsaw University of Technology are organising the competition, whose mission is to support the development and achievements of students and young scientists.
Awards will be given to projects using solutions from Industry 4.0, such as big data, artificial intelligence, or the internet of things. Just as importantly, they are intended to help companies to make their operations more environmentally friendly. The competition’s slogan is ‘Sustainable industry through digital transformation and green technologies’.
‘We want the submitted projects not only to contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions, but also to serve the environment and people’, said Prof. Mariusz Malinowski, Warsaw University of Technology Vice-Rector for Science.
Projects can be submitted until 30 April 2024.
