The University of Rzeszów has signed a contract with the National Center for Research and Development for the project “University of Rzeszów for Young Explorers”. The amount of support for the University of Rzeszów will amount to PLN 483.272. The total value of the project is PLN 498,219.

According to Dr Maciej Ulita, a spokesman at the University of Rzeszów, the project will be implemented from October 2018 to December 2019 by the Rzeszów University in partnership with the association “EKOSKOP”. The beneficiaries of the project will be 1258 primary school students from the Podkarpacie Region and the surrounding area.

The main assumptions of the project are to support schools in developing pupils’ competences and skills: mathematics and natural sciences, understanding, creativity, entrepreneurship, problem solving and team work.
