The Association of Arabists of the University of Silesia Al-Asabiya organizes the third charity action, which will take place on March 5 and 6 at the Faculty of Philology in Sosnowiec. It will be used to finance neurological examinations of intellectually disabled patients in the Al Malat center in Bejt Sahur near Bethlehem.

As part of the collection, the organizers are planning a bazaar of home-made cakes and dishes as well as Middle Eastern drinks, a fair of books and various things, henna painting, Arabic calligraphy and the auction of valuable items. The event will be accompanied by a concert of Middle Eastern music performed by Palestyna Art Alert and an evening of poetry by Josef Sh’hada.

The action is addressed to pupils and students. Participation in the event may contribute to the development of sensitivity, openness to various cultures, curiosity of the world and general knowledge. The applications can be sent electronically: alasabiya@gmail.com
