Scholarships from the International Visegrad Fund

06.03.2018

Until 15 March 2018, the International Visegrad Fund invites Polish students to apply for scholarships for master’s and doctoral studies. Scholarships are offered in all scientific disciplines, in every Central Europe’s language and include a stay at the university for 1 to 4 semesters. The program does not impose any age limit for candidates.

Scholarship holders may continue the studies or conduct research at universities and other research centres in Central and Eastern Europe. Accepted candidatesreceive a scholarship in the amount of 2,300 euro per semester while the accepting scientific institution receives a grant of 1,500 euro per semester.

The International Visegrad Fund was established under the agreement signed in 2000 and is the only institutionalized form of cooperation within the Visegrad countries (Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia). The main tasks of the Fund include supporting cultural, scientific, educational, artistic and tourist cooperation.
