The joint organization of popular-scientific ventures, research and development projects, supporting the implementation of student internships are only some points of cooperation agreements signed by the Mayor of Nowy Sącz Ludomir Handzel and the Rector of the State Higher Vocational School (PWSZ) in Nowy Sącz, Dr Eng. Mariusz Cygnar.

– We know about the investment plans of the State Higher Vocational School to develop the Institute of Economics, we will administratively support this type of activity and enjoy that students will get such a great base. We will also develop the Technical Institute – emphasized Mayor Ludomir Handzel during the ceremony. The important element is cooperation with the local environment, with entrepreneurs. I am glad that the university is developing towards IT and mechatronics. We need such specialists, and this means that PWSZ will not produce the future unemployed people, because we still need people with technical education on the market – Handzel added.
