A graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the University of Opole – Filip Kwaśniak took the second place in the all-Poland competition “MDDP & OSF Tax Everest- Academic Polish Championship in writing master’s theses in the field of tax law”.

The jury of the competition organized within the 4th Torun Review of Tax Certification in the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń appreciated the Filip Kwaśniak’s Master’s thesis “Convergence of administrative and penal sanctions in tax law”.

34 master’s theses from all universities in Poland were submitted for the contest, 7 were promoted to the final finale. The jury consisted of outstanding experts on the doctrine and practices of tax law in Poland.
