Dr Eng. Jakub Szczepaniak from the Lodz University of Technology, the author of the book “IFE- Everything is Mathematics”, won the TECHNICUS 2019 competition for the best technical book and for the best technical guide.

Dr Eng. Szczepaniak is a lecturer at the Center for Teaching Mathematics and Physics and the International Education Center (IFE) of the Lodz University of Technology (PŁ). He received several times the title of the best academic teacher, awarded by the Students’ Self-Government and he is the author of many books popularizing mathematics.

The TECHNICUS competition supports and promotes publishers and authors whose book publications are distinguished by a high substantive and editorial values.
