“TRASC 2 – Europe – what next? Transformational leadership and building trust for young professionals” is a three-day educational program with aim to help people from the three countries of the South Caucasus and Poland develop their skills to become” leaders of transformation “in the region and beyond.

The event is organized by the Georgian Institute for Strategic Studies (GISS) in cooperation with Collegium Civitas in Warsaw, with the financial support of the Black Sea Trust. The program aims to strengthen cooperation at the regional and European level by cultivating empathy and building consensus and improving the quality of the debate on European integration.
