University of Silesia to hold a seminar about opportunities and barriers to the implementation of new legal regulations in Polish universities

The Research Center for Public Policy and Regulatory Problems of the University of Silesia is inviting participants on September 16 to the seminar “University 2.0 – opportunities and barriers to the implementation of new legal regulations in Polish universities”.

The theme of the meeting which eill be held at the Faculty of Radio and Television in Katowice at ul. St. Paweł 3, there are opportunities and barriers to implementing new legal regulations in universities in the context of the reform of higher education in Poland. One of the lecturers will be Dr Anna Budzanowska, Director General of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, who will deliver the paper “Act 2.0 – and what next?”.

The seminar also provides for three discussion panels: Act 2.0 and changes in public and private universities; A new university model and publishing habits and strategies as well as University councils in practice.
