The University of Szczecin and the Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin will implement a project to counteract hate and hate speech among the West Pomeranian youth – “#donthejt”.

The project assumes conducting preventive workshops in 20 secondary schools of the voivodship and 10 schools in Szczecin and creating a “room of secrets” – a specially designed place of education where groups of young people will be able to find out what means hatred online and how to defend against it.

As part of the project, there will be „stand up” workshops “laugh hate”, during which the organizers will try to show that the use of hatred should have legal consequences. There will also be a film spot warning about the effects of hatred on the internet and its consequences for a young person, a photo exhibition and simulation of the criminal trial “sentence hatred for hatred”.
