PhD students of the Institute of History and Political Sciences of the Pomeranian University in Słupsk are inviting participants to the 5th National Scientific Conference of PhD Students ‘Poland and its neighbors over the centuries’. The conference will take place on September 28 at the Academy’s headquarters.

The theme of the fifth conference remains the subject of processes in Poland and neighboring countries, as well as Poland’s mutual relations with its neighbors. This year’s conference is part of celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Academy.

The organizers are planning a discussion on: Multifaceted human activities on Polish and neighboring lands; Everyday life of a resident of Poland and its neighbors throughout history; Skirmishes, wars, armed conflicts taking place in Polish and neighboring territories in history, and issues of economic, social and political relations that have taken place in Polish and neighboring territories over the centuries.
