The Polityka weekly journal selected 15 finalists for the 19th Polityka Science Awards. Five scientists will receive major scholarships.

The main goal of the POLITYKA Scientific Awards program is to identify the most talented scholars. Thus the members of the Professor and Social Juries can accentuate that science is important and the scientists are often charismatic figures with amazing achievements already at an early stage of their career.

On October 20, during the gala ceremony, five winners will receive scholarships in the amount of 15,000. PLN, the other finalists will receive PLN 5,000.

To date, 302 people have been received the Science Scientific Awards. Thanks to partners and readers of the weekly journal, who paid 1 percent. income tax to the scholarship fund they allocated almost 6.5 million PLN.
