Poznań University of Life Sciences signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Chinese University Northwest A&F in Yangling (China). The document was signed during the Silkroad Agriculture Education and Research Innovation Alliance (SAERIA) Forum held at the Biocenter of the Poznań university.

The memorandum was signed by the rector of the Poznań University of Life Sciences Prof. Jan Pikul and president of Northwest A&F University Wu Pute. The cooperation will cover areas in both didactics and scientific research, including exchange of students and researchers as well as providing joint research projects.

Northwest A&F University was founded in 1934 and is one of the largest agricultural universities in China. It currently has over 30,000 students and over 5,000 employees.
