Opole company to provide shoes for Polish ski jumpers

The Nagaba company from Krapkowice in the Opole region will equip Polish ski jumpers with specialized footwear. To refine this product, the company has obtained EU funding in the Opolskie Voivodeship Economic Development Center.

The money was allocated to the services of a patent attorney and technological consultancy regarding the selection of material for the production of our jumper shoes. Jumper shoes – for technical and technological reasons – were made largely of vegan materials that have all the properties of the skin, but are made in laboratories.

– Jumping shoes are really a bit of handicraft. Of course, the machine park counts, but many elements have to be done manually. So we also benefited from the fact that we work like a small manufacture and are able to make a product tailored to truly individual needs. In this case, very specific ones – explains the owner of the brand, Ewa Nagaba.
