University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań was awarded in the competition for the best managed projects and ventures in the university sector – Leaders in University Management – LUMEN 2019.

The award was granted for the LEIS project – “LEGO Education Innovation Studio – a unique space to play, learn and work at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań” in the cooperation category. LEIS actively engages participants in their own learning process. It is an educational space for students in which they are equipped and strengthened in the areas of key competences considered necessary for functioning in a knowledge-based economy.

It is also a place gathering schools, students, teachers, parents and employers , where entities interested in student development and support for education will be able, to combine learning, passions and fun using international models developed by the academic community.
