The four-year project “Modern University” will be implemented at the Bydgoszcz University. For over PLN 5.2 million changes in university management as well as trainings and internships, also for university staff are planned.

The “Modern University” project will be financed by the National Center for Research and Development. Over 400 students will exercise the use of advanced IT tools in their studies. They will also take part in classes with potential employers. The program of improvements in the functioning of the university is targeted to increase the professional competence for 200 people from teaching and administrative staff.

The academic staff number of the University amount to 600 academic teachers, including 160 professors and almost 10,000 students. (kp)
