AGH University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Kraków and Grupa Azoty S.A. have concluded an agreement on establishing long-term cooperation. Joint projects will concern technologies related to climate protection.

Cooperation will consist in initiating research and development works and implementing projects related to innovative technological solutions.

The parties agreed that they would jointly apply for external funds for research and development works. In addition, the agreement provides for the organization of internships for AGH students in Grupa Azoty, as well as cooperation in the field of teaching.

Grupa Azoty is an industry leader in Poland and one of the key capital groups of the fertilizer and chemical industry in Europe. It occupies the second position in the European Union in the production of nitrogen and compound fertilizers.
