Collegium Medicum of the Nicolaus Copernicus University and the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz signed an agreement to strengthen cooperation in the field of biomedical engineering.

The main aim of education is comprehensive education of students as a specialist staff for health care units, production and construction plants and repairing medical equipment, research and development units in the areas of modern medical technology. The scope of education includes all important elements of medical, technical and IT knowledge.

Students who undertake studies in the Biomedical Engineering will implement a study program focused on practical skills, contact with the patient, cooperation in the medical environment of health care institutions and scientific research institutes producing medical equipment. The program will be enriched with entrepreneurship classes.
