The National Center for Research and Development and the National Science Center have signed a cooperation agreement that aims to release the potential of Polish science. The cooperation between NCBR and NCN offers better development opportunities for Polish scientists, also in terms of TANGO program, financed by NCRD with PLN 40 million.
The aim of the TANGO program is to join basic, applied and industrial research, which will create new opportunities to use the effects of researchers’ work in practice. There are no thematic restrictions and that allows to implement projects from various fields.
– We use all available means to ensure the best possible conditions for conducting, both basic and applied research. The agreement signed today by the NCRD and the NCN is another step in the improvement of support mechanisms that Polish science and the economy will benefit from – said Jarosław Gowin, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Science and Higher Education.
