Wrocław University of Economics and the Lower Silesia Province self-government will cooperate in the implementation of development projects in the economic, social and environmental sphere. The actions are to influence the cohesion of Lower Silesia by stimulating initiatives, developing entrepreneurship and networking.

One of the first joint ventures is the School for Local Leaders, whose aim is to strengthen cooperation between the University, its students and Lower Silesian local government authorities at the regional and local level. Through participation in training and leadership lectures under the guidance of tutors students will develop their skills and competences in the field of interpersonal communication, negotiation skills, diagnosis, analysis and problem solving, as well as innovation, preparation and conducting of presentations and change management.
