136 universities received PLN 2.9 billion in Treasury bonds. The money from bonds can be used for investments or for the repayment of investment loans. This is another financial support that was received by the university in connection with the implementation of the Constitution for Science.

– Thanks to bonds, universities from all over Poland will be able to meet their additional investment needs related to development. We have broadly defined these needs in the Act. The funds may be intended not only for the implementation of investments, but also for the repayment of liabilities due to investment loans – said Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin, Minister of Science and Higher Education.
