Doctoral students of Polish universities may submit applications for scholarships under the Iwanowska’s Competition. The program allows trips to the best scientific centers in the world.

Under the program, doctoral students can take part of their PhD studies in foreign centers. The stay may last from 3 to even 12 months, and the amount of the scholarship is limited up to 120 thousand PLN. The program provides additional co-financing in the case if the spouse or children accompany scholars as well as guardians in the case of disabled persons.

Scholarship holders will be able to undergo part of the education related to their PhD theses, conduct scientific research related to its preparation, obtain materials for their PhD theses or scientific publication, participate in the “Implementation doctorate” program and conduct teaching classes or other forms of scientific or academic activity in the host centers, if they are  related to the preparation of their PhD theses.
