Until July 31, 2018, applications may be submitted to receive a grant for technology transfer within the Open Innovation Network program.

According to the Industrial Development Agency, as part of the Open Innovation Network program, micro, small and medium enterprises can apply for grants for technology transfer. Grants may be allocated to the purchase of patents, know-how and other intellectual property rights (patent applications, utility models, applications for utility models, industrial designs, industrial designs, copyright, rights to protected plant species, topography integrated circuits).

Under the program, applicants can receive financial support up to 200,000 euros.
