The Armed Forces Innovation Forum 2022 will be held on 19 October 2022. Organised for the second time, the event is hosted by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) in cooperation with the Programme and Project Management Department for State Security and Defence of the National Centre for Research and Development and the Military University of Technology.

This year’s Forum is designed to familiarise representatives of the Polish Armed Forces, science, research institutes, as well as defence entities with new innovation tools being launched at NATO, such as the NATO DIANA Defence Innovation Accelerator and the NATO Innovation Fund. 

During the Forum, participants will also be introduced to defence innovation models used in countries where cooperation between defence ministries and venture capital funds, innovation accelerators and start-ups is already an everyday reality. 

Conclusions from the panel discussions will be used to develop the Ministry of Defence’s Innovation Policy.
