Until 15 May, PhD students, young post-docs and post-doctoral fellows at the University of Wrocław can apply to take part in a nine-month mentoring programme for early-stage researchers organised by the Arqus Alliance of European Universities. The Arqus Mentoring Programme for Early-Stage Researchers will start in October 2023. 

Through the programme within the Arqus Alliance, young male and female researchers can establish sustainable mentoring relationships with established researchers at Arqus Alliance partner universities. The programme is designed for PhD students and young post-docs who are interested in professional support in the first stages of their academic career.

The coach and mentor for the mentees and mentors is Dr Yasmin Dolak-Struss, who is a systemic coach, trainer and mediator. She has been supporting researchers with European finance and career development programmes for more than 16 years and has experience as a researcher in biomathematics.
