Bank Pocztowy is implementing a “Lady Robot” process automation project through using RPA (robotic process automation) technology. The final effect is a robot that regularly updates information about the addresses and opening hours of bank branches and Poczta Polska.
Lady Robot is also responsible for providing clients with information in online banking, calculating commissions from the client’s account, as well as updating online data on the bank’s website regarding the valuation of funds.
The Lady Robot program at Bank Pocztowy is implemented to automate simple, sometimes monotonous business processes, such as the credit analysis process or support for updating various types of data. The bank is launching the next stage of the project, which assumes developing new 5 robots. All this should relieve employees and increase the comfort of users.
