Białystok University of Technology (PB) together with the Podlasie Voivodship Office are starting to implement Electronic Document Management of the Podlasie Voivodship Office (EZD PUW) in Białystok.

The ICT system for electronic documentation management by the Podlasie Voivodship Office in Bialystok becomes very popular. Since 2011, it has been functioning in many public institutions in Poland: ministries, central offices and local governments, courts and healthcare services throughout the country. In total, over 430 partners and around 80,000 users are already using this information exchange tool and thus improving the functioning of their offices.

On this list are also 26 universities introducing EZD PUW as a way to limit paper documentation and enabling efficient electronic communication. 10 universities already use EZD PUW as a basic, supportive or educational system, while others are in the process of implementation.
