Dissemination of knowledge and good practices by using the scientific output of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (UKSW) in Warsaw and the expertise of the Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW) are the main objectives of the agreement signed by UKSW and OSW.

The agreement on cooperation was signed by the Rector of UKSW, Rev. Prof. Ryszard Czekalski, and Wojciech Konończuk, Director of OSW.

The parties to the agreement declared their will to cooperate in co-organising seminars, conferences and programmes and projects aimed at disseminating knowledge and good practices. The agreement also provides for the possibility of organising internships and placements for UKSW staff, PhD students and students at the Marek Karp Centre for Eastern Studies.

UKSW emphasises that the established cooperation will contribute to the intensification and use of research on Central and Eastern Europe, which has been carried out for many years at the Institute of Political Science and Administration.
