The Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) received a subsidy of PLN 1,755,000 from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for the publication of the Universal Encyclopedia of Philosophy in English. The Encyclopedia includes 10 volumes written by 800 scientists from all over Poland.

-The Universal Encyclopedia of Philosophy is a great, ten-volume work that is a source of pride for all Poles. Therefore, as a minister, I am very happy to transfer PLN 1.75 million for the translation of this work into English – emphasized Minister of Science and Education Przemysław Czarnek.

-This is one of seven such encyclopedias in the world. It is an encyclopedia that approaches philosophical topics most broadly, because it approaches the topic not only from the European, but also from Chinese or Korean traditions, – added the head of the Ministry of Science.
