Willy Brandt Center for German and European Studies of the University of Wroclaw (CSNE) received a very positive assessment of its scientific and didactic activity from the international evaluation committee and guaranteed funding until 2023.

In the opinion of the CSNE commission, “it is an institution with high academic qualifications and it is particularly important for foreign culture and science policy, Polish-German bilateral issues and for Europe.”

The evaluation committee recommended further funding for CSNE to the same extent as it was subsidized earlier and without any additional conditions. The German Headquarters of the Academic Exchange, the institution that co-finances 20 similar centers in the world, has already decided to support the Center by 2023.
